Anthony Barsamian ‘86 (Legal Studies), Suffolk Law, Managing Partner, Hutchings Barsamian, LLP

Anthony J. Barsamian is managing partner at the law offices of Hutchings, Barsamian, Mandelcorn & Zeytoonian, LLP. based in Wellesley Hills, MA. He has advised family-owned businesses in areas including business wealth transfer and generational business planning, as well as asset protection estate planning and business succession for over 20 years.

Anthony participates on a variety of for profit and non-profit boards nationally and here in Massachusetts. Anthony graduated from UMass Amherst’s Legal Studies program in 1986 and holds a JD from Suffolk Law.

Nicholas Ferron ‘05 (English), UConn Law, Associate, Jaconetta Burnham & Wimer, LLC

Nicholas Ferron is an Associate at Jaconetta, Burnham & Wimer LLC, in Glastonbury, Connecticut, where his practice focuses on Tax and Estate Planning.  His clients are primarily individuals and families who are planning for a major life event, such as the birth or education of a child, retirement, moving to a nursing home, or death.  Nick regularly works with financial planners and accountants to implement wealth transfer strategies based on clients’ individual desires and state and federal tax laws.

Prior to taking his current position, Nick was an Associate at Day Pitney LLP, a major regional firm consisting of several hundred lawyers, where he practiced in the area of state and local taxation.  His clients were primarily banks and major Connecticut businesses.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Commonwealth Honors College in 2005, with a degree in English.  He worked one year as a paralegal at a Northampton firm before attending the University of Connecticut in the J.D./MBA dual-degree program.  He is an avid marathon runner and by the time you read this bio, he will likely be a new father.

Colleen D. Henschke
‘94 (Communication & Political Science), Boston Univ. Law, Vice President, Legal, TJX Corporation

Colleen Dunham Henschke is Vice President, Legal - Litigation & Regulatory Affairs for The TJX Companies, Inc.  TJX is a global off-price retailer whose U.S. businesses include TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods. 

Ms. Henschke is responsible for managing TJX’s commercial disputes and litigation and providing general advice on regulatory, intellectual property and other matters.  Prior to joining TJX, Ms. Henschke was a junior partner at WilmerHale in Boston, where she was a member of the litigation department from 1999 – 2006.  Her practice focused on complex commercial litigation, corporate and securities litigation, and government investigations. Ms. Henschke holds a B.A. in Communication and Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note editor of the Boston University Law Review.
